Thank you again for the courtesy shown me this afternoon. Time is at a premium for busy administrators, I know from long experience.

An old hand at the business does not find it difficult to sense a well-administered school. Besides talking with you I saw a student-teacher conference just "happen" with genuine on-the-spot-counseling; two students plotting school news coverage; another easily arranging for an appointment with the principal; and two teachers eager to share a school visitation experience with their administrator. That kind of spirit only originates at the top.

Within fifteen minutes I found the educational picture not "totally bleak." My best wishes for continued success.
